Sportspark Hilversum
The city of HilversumFrom bricks to systems. From separate functions to synergy.

What was once a typical office park is transforming into a neighbourhood that makes sense. Sportpark Hilversum is an area development project where living, working, learning, and sports are coming together , with purpose.
The Municipality of Hilversum, together with public and private partners, is shaping a future where the area thrives with life: 1,500 new homes, space for businesses and education, and a strong sports cluster anchored by the KNVB Campus, Nike, and local facilities. All embedded in a green, sustainable, and well-connected environment, with attention to climate, mobility, and social dynamics.
Our contribution: Giving structure to ambition
At Dutch Boosting Group, we believe real impact happens when you see where everything connects. That’s exactly what we did in Hilversum: aligning vision, functions, requirements, and processes into one coherent whole. Not through endless reports, but through a workable structure that moves the project forward.
We supported the municipality in implementing a Systems Engineering approach by:
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of the urban development plan, mapping objectives, functions, system elements, and requirements.
- Setting up and managing a dedicated Levvr database to anchor consistent information flows across all subprojects.
- Developing a clear and practical Systems Engineering plan, with a focus on process design and project deliverables.
- Introducing a change control process, ensuring traceable and manageable adaptations.
- Engaging and guiding requirement owners through interactive work sessions to sharpen and validate the full set of requirements.
In doing so, we’re not just helping build a new district, we’re enabling systems and people to strengthen one another.
Structure as a tool. Purpose as the goal.
